Resistance 1 and 2 and put up God of War 3 in it's place but that's just me. Also i'll make a prediction of what the "top 5 360 games that Ps3 owners want" list will have on it:
1: Gears 2
2: Mass Effect
3: Dead Rising
4: Ninja Gaiden 2
5: Bio...I mean Infinite Undiscovery
Killzone 2 really bring something unique and different to the table. I know that's asking for alot but that's what i want from them. The Lean and Peak system isn't enough for me. I need something with more substance (and they should do away with that Call of Duty reticule and think of their own). I have high hopes for Killzone 2 but at the same time i have high expectations for it, am i setting myself up for being dissatisfied with the final product? Yes. But at the same time i'm giving GG th...
I don't have surround sound to go with my HDTV to play MGS4 how it was meant to be played *sadface*.
Never played a Fallout game before i can see what you guys are saying. I have a friend who enjoys tactical rpg's (Jagged Alliance and the like) and he's played Fallout and he feels the same way. While i myself wouldn't have minded something different (basically keeping the isometric view and adding some other stuff onto fallout 3 using the consoles power). So i do agree with you guys there Fallout 3 could have been something radically different from whats out but i guess it went to mainstream...
They didn't throw in that God of War 3 will take place in the year 2040 and Kratos will be a time traveling 1 man army with a assortment of assault rifles, shotguns and sniper rifles.
I have the Ps3 version of GTA4 and i'll be honest i brought it from all the hype it was producing (and my friends talking about it all the got damn time) and it exceeded my expectations. But it didn't meet the hype of the game. It didn't run crappy on the Ps3 either contrary to what you said i did not rush the story. I finished the single player after logging in 52 hours in the game. It probably would have been more hours but i got bored going towards the end (basically when you do the mob jo...
Where he gets his inspiration from while creating games. He just takes a good ole trip to Amsterdam for "research".
But i think Too Human is gonna be a flop. From what i seen of the gameplay it looks like a combination of Devil May Cry and X-Men Legends but the combination doesn't look right at all. It just looks dull in my opinion. The moves aren't as stylish like the moves in DMC and aren't as visceral as the moves in Ninja Gaiden 2. Sure i know it's supposed to have some rpg aspects to it but it just doesn't seem like it fits with the game in my own opinion. If anything the story and cutscenes i've seen...
Seeing as how MGS4 is coming out next week. It just seems about right to me for a average shooter to get a price drop around the time that a hugely awaited title is planned to come out.
I knew it was in a whole nother league after the first mission when i forgot to rescue gunther and well.. If anyone else did the same thing as me you'll know about what i'm talking about *Laughs*.
The PsP is doing damned good at selling while going head to head with Nintendo, the company who basically founded the market for handheld games. Like the article said it's crazy to think the PsP can beat nintendo at their own game it just has to sell good to be successful. Business is about making money.
It's worth it, get it now and experience it's greatness. The graphics are gonna be looking outdated but the gameplay and story etc is what made this game not the graphics.
Game in my opinion that i've played. The game mechanics and the story just hasn't been touched yet in my opinion. One of the moments that stand out the most is killing that one chick on the plane while you interrogate and is supposed to eliminate that one terrorist guy. You have a choice not to kill him and i pointed my gun at her and let off a round and i couldn't believe she actually got shot and we had a shootout right there and then. Still one of the most awesome moments in gaming for me....
Portal is MUCH better and fun than the snorefest that is HL2. I suggest you play that then try out Team Fortress 2. Portal is the best game i've played this gen.
On the net there's a porno about this already... A part of me is disgusted the other part is interested.
(Yes i'm joking).
The Orange Box for Ps3 and i have to say that the port isn't as bad as some people make it out to be. Portal runs great and Team Fortress 2 runs really good with little to no lag for me (unless i go on a Europe server). As for Half-Life 2 i haven't touched either of the episodes since i couldn't get pass the borefest which is Half-Life 2. I seriously have no idea how people can love that game so much when it has horrible level design, impotent guns, one of the lamest protagonist in recent mem...
I thought they would have at least mentioned De Blob. That game looks great to me, though i think it will be one of those rare gems that not alot of people brought.
"Too much fun, cutscenes are too good as well. The game doesn't know if it wasn't to be a great game or transcend into gaming history."
Final Score - 7.5
Joking aside though i honestly don't have any problemo's with Gamespot delaying their review for MGS4 by a few days. Either way i like the approach they are taking with this situation by at least trying to make it seem like they'll give a unbiased, fair and credible review for Metal Gear Solid 4. That's all ...
It's nothing new. Now if the Beta will come with some of those bad ass lobbies for games like Uncharted and whatnot is the real question.
Barbie House adventures have a easier story that you can grasp. You should stick to playing that.
